I count myself happy to be among this community and do pleased to be taking part in this contest.
Thanks to the organisers and the amazing family of steemkids for keeping us going and giving us something to learn about

What do you understand by kindness?

Kindness is an act of being helpful, generous,friendly and considerate out of love.

Kindness must be practised with love and from the bottom of ones heart. It shouldn't be something we are first told to do and we must teach our children or young ones to be kind to every one.

Who can show kindness and why?

Anybody can show kindness because what you give is what you receive.
We should all be kind because we want others to be kind to us.
It feels really bad when you need something but no one is willing to offer you their kindness.
Kindness shouldn't be asked but offered from the heart though some people are not kind enough to know who needs to receive kindness.

Have you showed kindness, how did you do that and how did the recipient feel?

Yes, I have shown kindness. I have a heart that yearns to help out orphanages and recreation centres for unprivileged children.
I visited the children with some eats, clothes and shoes.
They felt so happy to see me. They were full of smiles and gratitude for the little that I had brought for them.

Has anyone shown you kindness before and how did you feel when you were shown kindness?

Yes, my daughter who is 5 years old always shows me kindness. She is always offering to help me out with chores.
This really melts my heart and my heart is always filled with love and happiness.
It's always an intense feeling that brings tears of joy in my eyes.
It feels so good, always.

Show someone kindness in a practical way and take a picture of it. let us know how the person feels.
Take action pictures and share with us.

Nothing fills my heart like giving to the needy.It's something that I do and I feel happy inside.
So here I was giving what I had brought for the children and the care taker felt so happy and I saw her cry tears of joy.
She also prayed for me together with the children.
Her smile tells it all.

Do you think kindness is a virtue that should be cultivated by all and be demonstrated practically?

Obviously yes. everyone should be able to show kindness to anyone they meet who needs it because you can never know when you will need it .
Being kind is so important and people should always show kindness before they are asked to and do it from the bottom of the heart because when we help for the sake of helping just befriending, it's a wastage of time because we are cultivating and you sow what you cultivate.
Show kindness in every way you can and wherever one can.

How did you learn kindness and where?

I grew up with my parents seeing them show kindness to others.it didn't matter the age or the sex, whether stranger or relative. wherever they found someone in need they offered their kindness and I found it beautiful how they became blessings to other people they came along with whether they know them or not.

How will the world look like if everyone cultivates this quality?

The World will be a better place full of love, happiness and togetherness.
Knowing that people have stopped being selfish and are willing to share what they have with others is something magical that can change the world in a big and amazing way.

In conclusion.
Not everyone is kind or can show kindness because some people don't know how or some are just too selfish to see others happy.
But in this world where everyone is having one problem or the other, with so much chaos going on, all we can be is to show kindness to each other in the ways that we can.do many people are going through so much yet just a little kindness can change a situation.
