Hello steemians, today I present to you one of the most enjoyed food found around the South South and South East part of Nigeria where we have abundance of Palm fruits due to the topography of the soil. Nigeria is an African country located along the area called "west Africa".
Major ingredients
1.|Palm fruits
2.|Atama leaves
3.|spices
4.|ujayak (a flower)
5.| Meat (optional)
6.| Fish ( optional)
7.| Mfi (periwinkle)
8.| Obu (optional)
Method of preparation
Step one | wash the bangar (Palm fruit) and boil in a pot until done
Step two | pour the fruits into a grinder and pound until the flesh leaves the nuts.
Step three | filter the bangar and pour the filtrate into a clean pot ready to be used.
Step four | pour your spices and other ingredients like meat, fish, mfi, into the filtrate
Step five | slice the Atama leave and pour it into the pot when the first has boiled for some minutes
Step Six serve the soup either with Eba or fufu (Cassava flour).
