In @missyleo DIY today, it will be all about food preparation, and the meal I'm going to prepare is a very common and simple meal that won't caused you to break your bank account, and it's call "Egg Soup". So let's go into the preparation proper.
Ingredients for my egg soup

Method of preparation
Normally, before I start any of my cooking, I first of all prepare all my ingredients and items for the cooking and set them aside before I start my cooking proper so that it will ease me with the cooking process.
Below is the picture of all my well prepared items for the cooking.

I sliced the okro, onions, and pumpkin leaves, set them aside, then I also pound the crayfish and the fresh pepper and set aside too.

I placed an empty pot on fire, then I poured in little amount of red oil, I allowed the oil to heat for 1minute.

When the oil has heated for about a minute, I poured in the slice onions into the pot of oil and stir it well.

After the onions has fried and about to turn brown, I poured in the whisk egg that I whisked and set aside into the pot of oil and allowed it to boil for about 50 seconds so that it can stick together before I used cooking spoon to stir it all together.

After I have stir the the egg, I then added pepper, Maggi and crayfish, salt and I also added little quantity of water. I allowed it to boil for 2 -3 minutes.

After 3minutes I added the slice okro to the pot, stir it well, then I allowed it to boil for about 3 -5 minutes.

After 5 minutes of boiling, I then added the slice pumpkin leaves as the last ingredient in the pot, I stirred it very well then allowed it to boil for about 2 minutes.

After the 2 minutes I stirred it again before I turned off the cooker, then my egg soup is fully ready for consumption.
