Rising early I performed the Fajar prayer a practice that not only nourishes the soul but also benefits one's health through ablution and revitalization. Engaging in prayer doubles as a form of exercise.
Fajar prayer I adhered to my routine and strolled to the near park joining multitudinous individuals committed to enhancing their wellbeing. I briskly walked for about 30 minutes invigorated by the chilly morning breeze which eased my breathing.
The weekend signaled prompting my journey to the village a source of immense joy. The prospect of quality time with my family uplifted my spirits.
At 7 AM I embarked on my bike trip accompanied by my elder brother.
Progressing I reached Kasur Bypass a famed district in Punjab housing the deified shrine of Baba Buleh Shah. Feeling empty due to skipping breakfast I halted at a bakery for sustenancea evanescent pause before resuming my journey.
En route I paused at a Filling Station enchanted by the serene beauty of the lush plants bordering its premises. A near mosque handed an opportunity to offer gratitude to Allah Almighty.
Upon arrival my cousin's newly inaugurated general store saluted us warmly offering refreshments and a brief respite. We captured some memorable moments through photos using my phone's camera which I am pleased to share.
The time spent with friends while enhancing the shop's display was a gratifying experience underscoring the blessings bestowed by Allah Almighty. Subsequently, I headed towards my village reuniting joyfully with my parents.
The evening was adorned with gladdening moments shared with my family culminating in a pleasurable dinner with my brother.
It was indeed a beautiful and fulfilling day one that I cherished immensely.
