I missed a couple of drawing contests due to circumstances beyond my control. I couldn't join the elephant and rabbits contests. I hope you noticed I was absent even though you didn't reach out to ask how I am faring. I know you all care anyway. So I'm delighted to join this Tiger drawing Contest. Granted, I have not been privileged to see a live tiger before. Thanks to technology however, I've seen many tigers on the TV, the Internet and in comic books. So to get a drawing of Tiger done, I had to rely on a picture of a real tiger so I can get it right. Below are the few simple steps I took to get the job done.

• First I had to get a realistic image of a tiger. So, fortunately, I easily found this one below in the Encyclopedia Britannica.

• Next, I had to get my pen and drawing table and a plain sheet of paper handy as shown below.

• Next, I gently traced the tiger as it appears in the image I'm drawing from. I tried not to be too careful so that I don't drag a rigid/stiff hand and muddle the whole process. I also carefully added the stripes. So my drawing starting coming to fruition.

• Finally, I had to put a water mark showing my username on the drawing as pro artists do.👍

• ✅ Done! Now, my humble tiger is ready for some selfies. As you admire the pretty cat below, can you tell if it's pregnant or not? It looks pretty much like a pregnant Tiger to me o.🤩🤩
