Another important leaf like I said is water leaf. Wash your water leaf well and then slice it as well.
Step 2
These ingredients are put first with water leaf and allowed to cook for about ten minutes to prepare a foundation for the soup. After allowing to cook for ten minutes, you can add other ingredients like steam meat, dry fish, etc.
Step 3
This local soup can be served with prepared garri or pounded yam..
Food is ready.Although this local meal is not really difficult to prepare, the nutrients in it are very essential for the body needs. The "afang leaf" which is the major ingredient is a good source of fibre and vitamin. The meat, palm oil and other vital ingredients are sources of protein and fat.
This meal can be eaten at any time of the day especially as lunch and supper.
