Hello steemians, do you know it is possible to separate palm kernels with just sand and water?

I carefully helped one of my cousins to separate that though the process is boring and tiring but trust me you can make much outcome after the process.

The first step is to get your palm kernels ready you break them either by engine or using stone to hit it, there after you will have this

Then proceed to using a Sievers to sieve the tiny chaff and tiny shell

Having done with the first two assignments you make your way to where you have laterite(red-sand) you pick it in large quantity that you will use throughout the process.

Look for a big container to pour the sand and water together then after pouring you make a thorough mixing of the sand then you remove the sand remaining just the particles and no sand in the water.
Make sure you have enough sticky mud on the back of your hand when you remove from the water.

Then you test run if the kernel will float on top of the water leaving the shell beneath the water if it doesn't float you apply more sand and mix then remove the sand try till you have the kernel floating. Boom you are good to go.

After the mixing your work load is less because you will only be putting the unseparated kernels for you prepared water to separate for you. Looks impossible right?

The final products are here.
