Hello steemians am preparing nigeria jellof rice

Step one

Before I start I will like to let you know that I prepared this jellof rice with the help of my mum

I switched on my gass cooker, after i switched on my gass cooker I put a pot on the gass cooker and poured water in it after pouring water I measured the rice and pour it I a rubber, then I washed the rice after washing it I left my water to get boiled then I poured the rice inside the boiling water after the I left the rice on the fire 🔥 for some minutes so that the rice can be per boiling after per boiling the rice I switched the gas off then I took the rice and wash some of the starch out and I also was very well to avoid sand after washing it I poured it in a white rubber then I started preparing my ingredients like pepper, tomato, onion, groundnut oil, maggi, salt,

Step two

After I prepared my ingredients i pound the pepper, onions, tomato then I took a picture with my mum when she was try to help me check the quantity of the oil, I switched on my gass again and put the pot on top of the gass then I
took the groundnut oil and pour it inside the pot then I covered it covered it I took the onion, pepper, 🍅 tomato.

Step three

After the oil got hot I pound the pepper and onions together in a mortar then I sliced the tomato and pour it inside the mortar then I pound everything together after that I carried my groundnut oil and pour it inside the pot then I left the oil to get hot, after waiting for the oil to get hot I poured the pepper onion and tomato that I was pounded,I fried all of them together like this after living it to fry I poured water inside the fried pepper onion and tomato then I started putting the remaining ingredients like maggi and salt I left the water to get boiled then I poured the rice inside like this

After everything I took a picture with my mum

Step four

I left the food for over 15 minutes, that is how I cooked my delicious nigeria jellof rice then I placed the fried meat on top of the food, that is all About jellof rice.
