Are you skipping sleep time lately ❓❓

Hello friends how are you all doing today I hope all is well and you all are having a nice and wonderful day, today I will be sharing with you all some of the reasons that prompt people to miss sleep time.

Sleep 💤

This can simply be defined as a natural state of rest in which our eyes closes and our body rest in a static and inactive position and our mind does not think 💬, rather concentrate in a subconscious realm which we all know as dreams.


This long and unexplained behaviour or process is very crucial and important in a person's life because it helps us to regain our wasted strength and to be ready to face the new day.


Have you been skipping sleep lately

I know the answer to this question if been scale on percent about 80% of the world's population would say yes while the rest would say otherwise, but it's totally understandable because it was written that the only thing that God took away from us is rest that we must sweat 😅 before we eat.


And in this case a man needs to hustle in other to take care of himself and his family and as a result of that causes many people to skip their sleep time.


My case is no different because I have been skipping my sleep 💤 time all thanks to work, yeah I have to work because besides me I do not have anyone to rely on or ask for assistance.

How we can manage this

The reason why I made use of the word manage is because we cannot permanently avoid it rather we can only manage it because of what I said earlier about rest.


How to manage and ration our sleep time for more efficiency are;


  • Sticking to sleep schedules can help in managing our sleep time very effectively.
  • Creating a restful environment when it's time for sleep
  • Managing and controlling our worries in a way that it doesn't affect our sleep time
  • Avoiding substances like caffeine and alcohol because they make sleeping to be difficult to achieve.

With some of the above mentioned process a person would be able to manage and control his or her sleep time in other to boost healthy living.
