Today I'm going to share with you a delicious, nutritious, and kid-friendly recipe. It improves the taste in our mouth on one hand and helps to get rid of various diseases on the other hand. Let's have a look at the recipe-
Bara recipe with lentil dough and gandhavadal leaves.
When most of the people in the village have fever or cold or cold, they make bara with lentil daul and gandhavadal leaves and eat it before going to the doctor. It is very beneficial to eat especially in small children when they have fever or cold. It is sometimes made in our house. It is very fun to eat.
Materials –
- Lentil dough- 100 grams.
- Gandhavadal leaves.
- onion
- turmeric powder
- salt
- the oil
Step-1.
First, the lentil dough should be soaked in water for some time. Then I took them out of the water and washed them with clean water and kept them in a container. Then I washed the leaves next to it with clean water.
Step-2.
Now beat the leaves and the dough very well in a blender or a blender. Then chop some onions in it.
Step-3.
Now rub it very well with a little turmeric powder and salt. Turmeric should not be given too much.
Step-4.
Now put a pan on the stove and put oil in it. When the oil is hot, the kneaded dough should be cut into small balls with the help of hands. The size cannot be increased.
Step-5.
In this way, all the ingredients should be put in the pan. Then when one side is fried, the other side should be flipped and fried.
Step-6.
When both sides are fried well, it should be taken out. It is very tasty and good to eat when fried.
