It is an obligation for a housewife to care for and raise children and families lovingly, taking care of their health is very important because in a healthy body a strong soul will be born Therefore, maintaining the health of children is an obligation both for their physical and mental health to create all of that, it is necessary to have adequate nutritional intake that is consumed every day both fruits, vegetables, grains with high nutritional value and other foods that are considered beneficial for the body.

A healthy household is a household that carries out ten indicators of health in their household so that you are not curious, I will share these ten indicators, let's see:


  • Delivery is assisted by health workers (NAKES).

  • Make sure to only give breast milk to our newborns until they are six months old, don't give other foods.

  • Weighing babies or toddlers every month, especially at the posyandu to monitor growth.

  • using clean water.

  • washing hands with clean water don't forget to use soap.

  • Make sure you use a healthy latrine which is about ten meters from the water source.

  • Make sure to eradicate the larvae once a week.

  • Let's consume fruits and vegetables every day because fruits and vegetables are very important for the health of our children and families.

  • Be diligent in exercising every day for at least thirty minutes / half an hour to train the children's muscles and also train your children to get used to exercising.

  • Stop smoking now or don't smoke at all if you love your family and children.


Let us apply these ten indicators if we want our children and families not to be attacked by disease and our lives to be healthier.

So for today I chose the fruit theme which is the eighth indicator of every indication of Clean and Healthy Behavior (PHBS) for my children and family.
