Here is a disease which is related to kids that's why I am sharing the treatment protocol of this disease as I am related to medical field and related to physiotherapy so I know that how to handle a children with this disability.

How cerebral palsy appears?

Cerebral palsy is basically and abnormality in muscular skeletal system of children by birth to the brain because we all know that all movements of our body are controlled by our brain centre so if there is any lesion in brain then we cannot maintain our balance and cannot perform any movement.

Children having this disability appears to be unstable and their legs mostly remains in unusual position and mostly they cannot extend their knees and they remains in flex position as well as their legs also rotate internally when they walk so the main goal to treat the children is to make them able to perform the activity of daily life.

Treatment protocol that can we give

We all know that when a person remains in only one position then that person may have stiffness in different body segments of their body that's why first of all and the first treatment protocol is to give relief to that person from stiffness that they have in different muscular structures of body.

For giving relief from stiffness to CP child or cerebral palsy patient we perform stretching techniques in that children as well as the next treatment protocol that we follow is to give that children support from both sides from any stand or any road and place or set a mirror in front of that children and ask that children to walk by seeing in a mirror and by maintaining his balance.

It is important to note that before going to adult age there is nothing applicable treatment but after a child gets mature then we can give the child occupational therapy according to occupation which he adopts but therapy is required lifetime in those children but if occupational therapy goes on smoothly then there is no for that need to do anything else.
