Steemit Engagement Challenge S6/W1 - The Joy Of Parenthood by @saiseanim

Hello, steem kids and parents. I hope you all are doing well.

Congratulations to #steemkidsandparents for selection in season 6. We are delighted to participate in this contest. Now I have a son, 3 years old. I am financially weak, so I cannot fulfill my son's needs. But still, he is living happily and he also makes us feel happy. I never let him feel down at any time. As a parent, we are giving our best to him, and taking care of him so much. In that way, I feel so proud for being a parent of one child.

I thought to write a post about my son before. But for some reason, I couldn't do it. Now I got a chance to share about him.

At first, it completes the life circle, Born as a child and giving birth to a child. That makes us feel so happy. Then comes all the things. When you have kids then you get some respect in society. In my country, if you have a child, you will get respect in society. It may sound strange but it is the truth. If they are childless they are considered unlucky. In that way, we are very happy to be parents to a child.

Our kid is very special to us. Although he was born with some defects, he brings us so much happiness. When my wife was pregnant, we asked God to give us a boy. So we waited with great anticipation. After the baby was born we didn't get worried when we saw that he had a cleft lip. We were overjoyed with the birth of a male child as we had expected from God. He brought us a lot of happiness to us.

I look at him as my copy. Because my parents used to tell me that I would do the same when I was young. His speech, dance, and singing everything entertain us.

When I was a kid, I faced a lot of difficulties with my basic needs. Because of the economic status of my family. But still, my parents managed to give us the best. So they are my inspiration, and I will definitely give my best to my son. He is 3 years old now, but he already struggled a lot because of the defects. After successfully completing 2 Plastic surgery now he is 80% cured.

Parents definitely have a big role in raising children. In this modern world, children have a great journey toward their future. Let's do our best to be the perfect guide for them.

I can't say 100%. Every parent wants that happiness to last. It depends upon their activities in the future. Every parent was trying to grow their children in the best environment. I can't say for sure that he will honor our words 100 %. But, a parent loves their children, we are their well-wishers.

As you already know, I am a parent of one child. We are really enjoying our son's activity every day. It is a god's gift, so there is no limit to happiness.

Now he is going to play school, he enjoys being with his friends. Every day after school, he will teach me. And he will say " I am the Teacher, Keep Quiet" - 😂😂😂. Those are some lovely moments. Because of the defects he had at his birth, he started talking slowly. Now he is improved a lot since joining the school.

And the best thing i noticed about him, is he doesn't like gadgets, especially Mobile phones. He never lets me use my mobile phone in front of him. He always wanted me to play with him with toys or in the soil. So kind of him.

As a parent, i hope he will bring a lot of happiness to our lives and will make us feel proud of his activities. He got a lot of willpower, so i hope, he will make good friends in his life, learn good things, and will make feel us proud. My only advice is to stay away from bad things, that will make you worse.

Our children's activities can make us very happy. But raising children is not an easy task. Be very careful and strict. Sometimes you have to befriend them, ask them about their problems, and teach them to solve them themselves.
Some happiness can be experienced only by losing some. A lot of patience is important in being a parent.
