Are you a student, parent, or teacher? Briefly introduce yourself in not more than 100 words. Include your school, your uniform, subjects, your teacher, and any other thing you would like us to know about yourself, or kid, or teacher.

I am a class teacher (instructor). My name is Ernest Samuel from Zonkwa Kaduna State, I teach at the Government secondary school Aloci (RCM) where I did my NYSC service, I am not teaching on salary but on voluntary because I like the teaching profession.

The school uniform is white on blue. The subjects we teach are as follows: Mathematics, English, Social studies, P. H. E, Computer, C.R.K, Economics, Government, physics, chemistry, commerce, Accounting, and Marketing, My co-instructors are so friendly and caring. I love working with them.

What school-related activities do you engage in to ensure that you, your kids, or your students enjoy every school day?

I engage the students in inter-class quizzes, group reading, spellings challenge and sport activities to ensure my pupils enjoy everyday school.
Seeing that it motivates them.

Do you face some kind of stress due to these activities? Are they burdensome or do you enjoy them

I face some stress trying to build up questions for every quiz challenge but I must confess I enjoy the quiz as well and it is helping them a lot.

importance of school to you, your kids, and students

The importance of school to me and my pupils is that:

1. It plays a vital role in terms of looking for jobs after school because the result is needed.
2. It helps me and my pupils be able to read whatever writings we see and understand provided the language is not strange.
3. School gives my pupils and me knowledge of many different things.
4. School helps my pupils with more wisdom on how to do things in our everyday life.

What is your expectations for this current school section and how are you working towards it?

My expectations for the school section is that my pupils will be able to:

1. Read fluently
2. Build confidence in terms of confronting mathematical questions.
3. Make effective presentations on any occasion.

I'm working towards these expectations through:
Engaging them in group readings, and individual reading, and also giving them homework as well. Which has to do with calculations, reading comprehension, and also things to rehearse and present.
