First of all we need to understand the meaning of child bearing.

WHAT IS CHILD BEARING
Child bearing is the process of conceiving, being pregnant and giving birth to children.
Child bearing can be by choice when a couple decides or chooses to have a child. In this case, there is an agreement and good planning between the husband and the wife.
Child bearing by lot is when a couple leaves the matter of having child to chance. In this case,there might not be good planning and one party might want to have while the other may not want at that time.
The birth of a child is a pivotal time in the life of a mother and the health and well being of a child and mother is very important to the future of the entire family.

Factors to be considered in child birth

1. The risk and safety in pregnancy and child birth.
2. The financial and emotional needs of the couples.
3. Choosing a place of birth of the child.
4. Avoiding over -the -counter medications.
5. Going for prenatal care etc.See the image below:

Due to these factors, child bearing is a choice that couples should make and not by lot. The pros and cons of child bearing should be weighed seriously before choosing to have a child
The question of "whether Child bearing is a choice couples should make or by lot" should be considered before marriage. Couples should also consider how many children they will have.
Couples who intend to make a decision to have a child or children, I will advice them to consider the following factors:

1. They should be ready to put someone else first (that is the child).Having a baby is a huge responsibility.
2. They should ensure that they are financially stable. They should consider whether they will be able to afford the basic necessities of a child. If not, they should hold off.
3. The couple should have a solid relationship. If there is problem between them,it will only get worse with a child coming in.
4. They should be ready to make sacrifices for the child
5. The couple should be responsible adults. Having a child has its own added responsibilities.
