In childhood, we all have received various gifts from our relatives. We love to get gifts. I think we all love to receive gifts. Many people have many memories associated with receiving these gifts. I have many memories of receiving gifts. But the first gift in life which I got from by elder brother I can’t foregate. The value of receiving memory is different. Whether that gift is very simple or very valuable is not an issue. The main issue is the first gift of life. Today I am mentioning the incident of receiving the first gift in this context.
I was studying in Class 3. Besides reading class books, I also read small children's comic books. At one time, this comic book was very popular. My sister always brought this comic book home. From there, I got into the habit of reading a little outside book.

As far as I can remember this story is from 1983 or 1984. I used to go to the book fair with my elder brother and sister-in-law. Every year in our country book fair is organized in February. This fair lasts for a whole month. A lot of readers gather here. My elder brother bought a lot of books for them from the book fair and also bought a book for me. The name of the book was Emil's Detective Story. I don't remember the author's name after reading it for so long. I remember as much as I can but this was my first gift.

I studied with my elder brother from my childhood. And the first memorable gift I received was from my elder brother.

I was so happy when I got the book from my elder brother in my childhood that I think I would not have been so happy even if Akash Chad brought me. Because I already developed a passion for reading books. Wherever I found comics or short stories, I used to collect them. I used to cut the story part of the newspaper and collect it, I used to collect the comic books
So, I felt very happy when I got this book on my own.

I have read thousands of story books in my life. I have bought thousands of books with my own money. But I will never forget that book I got as a gift from my elder brother. Because that book was my turning point in all the books I read or bought later. And so on. This book is a memorable gift to me.
