how are you all? I hope you are well by the grace of Allah. I am also fine by the grace of Allah. Today I am going to participate in a new engagement challenge brought by steem kids and parents’ community. The name of the engagement challenge is “SEC”. S11W3-"Discipline". I feel honored to participate in this engagement.

✅How do you view discipline?

Discipline is discipline, discipline is the process of performing a task in a certain manner. Discipline is a ladder to reach the top of success. If I want to achieve success in any work, then I must go through discipline. No one can be successful, it is not possible, without discipline. So, from my point of view discipline is a ladder to success

✅Have you been disciplined before or have you ever disciplined someone?

Yes, I grew up with discipline from my childhood. First of all, my parents taught me discipline and rules such as when to eat, when to study, when to play, and when to sleep. Along with the benefits of following these rules, and the evils of not obeying the rules.

Then elder brother and elder sister are teaching various things about discipline.
In my career, I learned from my senior colleagues how to work within the discipline.

✅Do you consider discipline as love or hatred despite how it is given?

Every human being is independent. Everyone likes to move freely. No one likes to be interfered with in his work.

Discipline can be an obstacle to his free movement. Therefore, when elders teach discipline to children, it may seem like a form of tyranny to them. But this is his wrong idea, This is discipline. Discipline is a ladder to brighten his future life. It is only in the midst of discipline that he can reach the end of success.

✅Do you think discipline is beneficial to kids?

I think discipline for children is very important.
A child can carry out his daily activities in a healthy manner because he is in discipline. For example: - when he should go to sleep when he should wake up, when he should sit down to eat, when he should go to school, when he should go to play etc. Performs from the point of discipline. Now if there is no sense of discipline, then maybe he will sleep during school, and play while eating.

Everything will be in a random state. Because he does not know what he should do when. It is very necessary to have a sense of discipline. And working within the discipline is more necessary.

✅Your personal advice to those who give discipline and to those who receive it."

• The order of being in the middle of the chain is usually given by the elders to the younger ones. I would say with all due respect to those elders, when you teach the knowledge of the discipline, present it in such a way that the person giving it to does not panic.
• Much depends on the presentation as to what the content will be. You teach the knowledge slowly, don’t go all at once.
• Pay attention to how much effort the person you are teaching can put in. - Present it to the children in a simple and easy way. Explain its benefits in a simple way.
• Create joy and enthusiasm in their minds about the discipline.
  I will say to the tender children for whose benefit the knowledge of orderliness is given -
• The orderliness knowledge that you are being given is for your better life, for your better future life.
• Today, it may seem like a breath to you, it may seem like a handshake in independence.
• You learn to take it easily, learn to understand its value, it will benefit you. - This knowledge is for your future to be good, for your future to be bright.
• Therefore, you will accept the knowledge that will be given to you about your chain, love it, and follow it constantly. One day success will catch you.

I want to say one last thing about the discipline, that is that we all have to live in this discipline. The family survives because there is discipline, the society survives because there is discipline, and the country survives because there is discipline. Let's all close our eyes and think where the discipline is absent. What is the situation there? It is definitely a state of shock. From this, the need for discipline can be understood.
