Hope you all are good and enjoying your lives. This is my first post in this amazing community #steemkids. This community has much potential to grow because our kids are our life and every one has much more experience /guidance /knowledge about kids to share with others.

Today is Friday and topic of the day is kids food. So I'm going to share food activity with you that I done with my youngest daughter RAHIMA SAJJAD. She always like new innovation in food and since at the age of 5 she was watching u tube cooking Chanels and telling recipes to others that she liked.

Food activity

Today rahima made ***coffee mousse*** with me. Every kid can make it easily because it does not require cooking. There is no accurate measurement of ingredients. You can add ingredients according to your taste.

Let's start

Ingredient

We need these ingredients

Whipping Cream 1/2cup
chocolate cookies 15-20
coffee /Coco powder. 1tbsp
sugar 4tbsp
wafers for topping

* she took out all cookies from pack. As didn't say any word but I was taking pictures so she is doing work in an organized way.

Put these cookies in locked bag and crushed them with rolling stick.

Only this step is my part. Now take out whipping cream in a bowl and beat it until it comes double and thicker.

Now she took sugar and coffee in a bowl and add 2tbsp of water and mixed well.

Now beat this coffee mixture until it becomes thicker.

Now put half cream to coffee mixture and fold it to mix them.

Assembling

Now she put crushed cookies in serving glasses and make a layer.

Then make layer of crushed cookies.
make last layer of coffee cream mixture.

Wow, wonderful, simple and creative. I am glad that RAHIMA is involved in all these processes. We want to catch them young. We want them to learn. Thank you for assisting her.
