MY ENTRY: STEEMKIDS COMMUNITY WORD DEFINITION CONTEST SERIES WK #10|| WHAT DOES "A DAY WITH VS A DAY WITHOUT STEEMIT" MEAN TO YOU

Hello everyone reading this post now, you will agree with me that not every day is Steemit Day. Week 10 contest organised by @steemkidss will help us understand if this is usually the case. I have attempted all the questions given for this contest. Have a good read.

How can you define "A Day without Steemit Vs A Day with Steemit"?
A Day without Steemit presupposes a day a steemit user is unable to make posts on their blog or comment on those of others. This can be as a result of being preoccupied with other activities that deprive them of time to log in or scroll through other activities on the platform.

On the other hand, A Day with Steemit denotes the time a user spends on the steemit platform. By so doing, they can participate with other users, get a muse or more ideas to write on and learn as well.

How does it mean emotionally and financially?
Steemit has grown beyond merely social media where people post and earn as it also creates opportunities for people to learn, connect and unite for a collective goal. An example is the CLUB5050 movement which has attracted the engagement of most steemit users. A Day with or without Steemit implies a day with conscious devotion to this new initiative especially for active users.

To gain access to the steemit website, users need to spend too by topping up their data subscription daily, weekly or monthly. But not doing so also means that they end up not earning at that particular point as well.

What about social attachment?
Users gain a sense of fulfilment from learning new things every day. However, this does not end here as each community on the blockchain strives to be more organized. To achieve this, specific telegram groups are created for various purposes. Hence, active members learn to connect with others beyond the internet space.

Compare a day in steemit without earnings and a day without steemit and earnings of any sort
Naturally, humans have expectations. They usually tend to expect rewards to validate their performance. Rewards can come in material and non-material forms. Material forms like: money, gifts and so forth. Non-material forms of reward include applause, clap, a free ride, praises etc. Steemit users are not exempted as they too look forward to earning while they are learning. But this is not usually the case as not all users post daily or have all their posts curated daily.

To a large extent, a day in steemit without earning is more profitable than a day without Steemit and earning since users stand the chance of being voted on their current posts before payout. This has happened to me a couple of times.

As an active user, every other day has always been STEEMIT DAY for me except in rare cases where I have an overly busy schedule. To be candid, these replies above are my typical experiences with or without Steemit.
