So those who know are always more precious than those who do not know. It is not enough to be part of the system, but do you contribute to the development of the system? Without adding value to your position, it won't take long and you will lose leverage and not only that, you risk missing out on the next level.
So you have to work on yourself, invest in yourself, and build yourself up to value yourself more. Any investment you make in yourself will not go to waste, as it will continue to enhance your value and ultimately increase your importance.
The impact you make on the world is primarily measured by the solution you can create. When you leave, you remember, not because you were part of the system, but because you influenced the system. If you look at the people who have carved their names in the dust of time, you will see that they are the people who have influenced their lives throughout their lives and provided solutions to the problems facing humanity.
Take this example; In transportation, before the advent of airplanes, making long journeys by other means was a huge challenge and a solution had to be found. Then the Wright brothers (Orville and Wilbur) found the necessary solution by inventing the airplane. Now they have carved their names in the sands of time and nowhere can you tell the story of the plane without mentioning them.
The truth is that only the ignorant would want no challenges to arise. What mature and wise people do is take advantage of challenges, find solutions and then become more relevant. So, while others see a challenge as an obstacle to one's progress, those looking to increase their fitness levels see it as a stepping stone to greatness. If the challenge does not exist, the solution will not exist and compatibility will be an illusion. So you have to get really excited when there are challenges because it's a way of adding value by providing solutions and therefore relevant.
There are many people who get caught up in the pursuit of money and fame without realizing that research is better than providing solutions. The more you focus on providing solutions, the more money and fame you will get once they start chasing you.
Success and achievement come largely from being a solutions provider. Failing to provide a solution will reduce your overall value, and before you know it, they will start seeing you as fungible, unnecessary, and expendable. For example, in a company, no management wants to fire employees who create value or are the backbone of the company. Even if they want to reduce the labor force, they will look for those with less value to them.
Over time, the competition in the world becomes fiercer and to have a significant advantage over your competitors, you need to do something different and unique to increase your value. Many people are looking for an opportunity to be great, but opportunities usually come in the form of a challenge. What you need to do is take advantage of the challenges and give values by solving them.
Thank you.
