Kindness and forgiveness

Hello dear wonderful friends, steemkids and steem parents it is a privellege to write once again in this wonderful community. Today I would love to talk about two important qualities that makes peace to reign. They are ** Kindness & Forgiveness ** these two qualities are very essential for peace to reign in a home. Now let's talk about them one by one

Kindness

This is the act of showing love to one another by having a self giving attitude. We can help those in need, and it must not be only through financials assistance it can be through giving what one has or offering ones self to do a work. For example; When an old person is very weak we can offer our self to run simple house chores or even prepare a meal for the old one, doing this will come with enough blessings, because it is a lot of love on your part. A person who shows love and kindness will surely be rewarded with love and kindness. But if one is showing wickedness and envy it will surely get back to that person, that's what the law of karma states. Kindness is a very good quality but some others view it as a weak point, and they use it to take advantage. But we should learn to be "cautious as a serpent yet innocent like the dove". Kindness can be shown

1. Financially: By assisting with money
2. Emotionally: By giving words of encouragement and comfort
3. Physically: By assisting in day to activities of the person
4. Mentally: By giving a person calm and reassuring words
   These are some ways in which we can show kindness. But one should know that kindness is all about giving.

Forgiveness

When one is kind forgiving would not be a problem, because the person is willing to help he/she is also ready to forgive. Because he wants that person to be free of guilt. But what is forgiveness? Forgiveness is the act of letting of letting go of resentment . Forgiveness is reciprocal, it as important aspect when it comes to peace making. Forgiving makes siblings to be united in the home, it makes couples have a unified mind, forgiveness is important, it plays an important role in the lives of family members. So let us all try to forgive one another freely and when we forgive we should try to forget and that is when we forgive freely.
