Explanation

---

Today, I am going to share with you my drawing of a Hornbill Bird. Without further delay, let’s get started!

Step 1 :

First, I gather all the necessary materials for drawing. Then, using a pencil, I lightly sketch the outline of the Hornbill Bird, along with a tree branch.

Step 2:

Next, I use a gel pen to refine the drawing and make it clearer. I also add a few leaves to the tree branch I drew. With the help of the gel pen, I make the entire drawing more distinct.

Step 3:

	Color of brunch

After finishing the drawing, I will start coloring. I begin by coloring the tree branch, using a brown color.

Step 4:

Leaves color

Then, I color the leaves I drew on the branch. Here, I use a light green color.

Step 5:

	Using sky blue color

Now, I move on to coloring the bird's toes. For this, I use a sky-blue color.

Step 6:

Around of the birds eye color

I use the same sky-blue color to fill in the circle around the bird’s eye.

Step 7:

	Color of Bird's eye

Next, I color the bird's eye. I use black for the iris.

Step 8:

Upper part beak color

As we all know, the Hornbill Bird has a long beak. Now, I start coloring the upper part of the beak with black.

Step 9:

	Using combination of yellow & orange

For the top part of the beak, I use a combination of yellow and orange colors.

Step 10:

Around the birds eye color

	Color of lower part of beak

Around the bird's eye, I apply the same combination of orange and yellow. The lower part of the beak also gets a blend of orange and yellow.

Step 11:

		It's Body color

Now, I move on to coloring the bird’s head and body. I use both deep black and light black shades.

Step 12:

Below the birds eye using light yellow

There is a small area below the bird's eye where I apply a light yellow color.

Step 13:

Tail color

Finally, I color the tail of the bird with black.

---

Step 14:

	My Selfie with my drawing

As you can see from the picture, my drawing is now complete. I capture a selfie with my finished drawing.
