Explanation

Today, I am going to share a butterfly drawing with you all. Without further delay, let’s get started!

🦋 Step I

	Start to drawing

To draw a butterfly, I first sketch the shape of its body. It includes the main body, legs, and two antennae in front of the head.

Butterflies wings

Next, I try to draw the butterfly’s wings. To do this, I use a pencil to sketch two semi-circular shapes. One wing is positioned upward, while the other is drawn downward.

Now, I complete the middle part of the wing. I make the lower part of the upper wing slightly curved to make the butterfly look even more beautiful. Then, I draw two small circular shapes in front of the butterfly’s antennae.

Now, I add some designs to the butterfly’s wings using a pencil.

I outline the border of the wings with small dotted circular shapes. This enhances the beauty of the butterfly’s wings.

🦋 Step VI

Start to color

My butterfly drawing is now complete. Now, I focus on coloring it. First, I completely fill the body with black and add a slight yellow shade towards the end of the body.

	Using red color

Next, I begin coloring the wings. I use red for the butterfly’s wings, applying a darker shade at the top and a lighter shade towards the bottom.

Yellow Color

For the lower part of the red-shaded wing, where I left some white space, I now apply a yellow color.

🦋 Step IX

To make the outline of my butterfly’s wings more visible, I darken them with a black gel pen. I also lightly outline the central veins of the wings to enhance the vividness of the butterfly.

🦋 Step X

	Black color to the upper outlines

Using Tag

Then, I add black color to the upper outlines of the red wings. While doing this, I carefully avoid filling in the tiny white circles along the edges so that they remain visible.My dream butterfly drawing is now complete! Now, I use community tags to capture a picture.

Then, I take a selfie with my drawn butterfly.
