| The community administrators and moderators have to understand their users. |

Understanding what users who keep posting in the community want can help improve the community. To achieve this, the community admins and moderators should collaborate to know what users want in the community. Every user wants a community that respects their contribution, no matter how little the support may be. To this end, when the Steem of Animals community keeps on correcting and supporting users rightfully, the community will grow.

Consistency is the key to success. The community should keep on organizing contests that would bring in more users. There should be a weekly contest organized using the community account, and the community should also be supporting and encouraging users to keep sharing quality posts.

The community should be transparent when selecting posts for booming and also when checking for plagiarism and AI content. The admin and moderators must agree with labeling or damaging someone's reputation when the person is innocent.

Yes, the stem of the animal community and its management deserve to grow. I am a lover of animals, but sometimes I lack the ideas to get closer to them, like taking good care of them and so on. Reading other users' posts concerning how they take care of their animals makes me know a lot of things that can be of help to me.
Also, I would like the community to grow and develop because it is the only community that cares about the sustainability of animal life, and I can get educated on how to take good care of my animals.
