Hello dear friends how are you all? I hope everyone is well by the grace of God. I am also very well by the grace of Allah. Today I am here with a new post. I will discuss with you about the cultivation of our roof garden. Rooftop farming has become a tradition in our country today. However, this is not feasible on a large scale. Because most roofs are small in size. Especially the roofs of houses are more and more small. I reviewed the house I am staying at yesterday. I was impressed to see a wonderful cultivation plan on the roof.
Here we have observed everything from preparing the soil to almost yielding some plants. I would like to mention here that it was on this terrace that I first noticed the extent of such cultivation. Anyway I want to mention here first the soil preparation. I went up to the roof and noticed that the soil had been raked to prepare the soil. These will now be dried in the sun for sufficient time. After getting sufficient amount of sunlight, vitamin deposits and harmful elements will be destroyed in this soil. It will then become a good soil for cultivation. I have seen more than ten varieties of vegetables and plants cultivated here. I was especially impressed by some of the green plants. Notice the picture below it will cool your eyes.
Even if cultivated on the roof, the beauty of such green plants can be seen in his imagination. But it has become a reality today. However the camera effects showed the leaves of this plant to be very green. These leaves are gourd leaves. Which is known as a very popular vegetable. There are several ways to eat it like frying, cooking, stuffing etc. The same vegetable can be eaten in multiple ways. And this is the leaf of the gourd. Anyway, not only that, fresh gourds are available from this gourd tree after a few days. This gourd will add nectarine flavor to any curry. I also noticed a variety of other plants on the roof. I elaborate more on these below.

Potato seedlings |
Check out the two pictures above it will impress you. Here you are looking at one, chilli seedling plant and the other one is potato seedling. These may be yielded after a few months. It may soon be possible to produce chillies from chilli seedlings. But to get potatoes from potato seedlings, you have to wait at least two months. But at least one and a half kg of potatoes can be obtained from one potato seedling.
I also noticed eggplant seedlings. Eggplant seedlings grew very rapidly. Here banana peels are placed in each tub. By decomposing the banana peel, it will meet the iron and phosphorus requirements. So the discarded banana peels were used as fertilizer here. If you observe the eggplant seedling, you will see that it is very active and fresh. Each leaf of brinjal is very vibrant and looks fresh. The brinjal plant has not grown much, but the vegetable can be expected in about fifteen to twenty days.
Aloe vera also existed in this roof garden. I did not notice its leaves very alive. Because these seedlings were planted very recently. Maybe it hasn't adapted to the soil yet. It will take more time to adapt to the soil. Maybe in another three or four days this seedling will join the soil and regain its fresh form. I captured a photo of its leaves. Its leaves looked very dirty. I noticed many other small plants around the roof garden. I have not been able to identify them yet. Maybe I will be able to recognize it when it grows up to its true form. But now it looks different.
My guess might be right. But I don't want to make my guess right now. But if my guess is correct maybe it will publish its full post after few days. I love this rooftop cultivation. Because this method is very important to deal with space crunch. At the same time, it is a very good idea to grow vegetables on roof garden to reduce the market price of vegetables. I have seen many tubs on this roof of ours. Different types of vegetables and essential plants are cultivated in each of them. In some tubs, the seeds have not yet germinated and risen above the ground. After about another week the roof garden will look green. So I will wait to enjoy such a form.
Note the picture that the tubs are placed on the four sides of the roof in such a way. Discarded plastic containers, plastic bags, bowls etc. have been planted with seeds and seedlings for cultivation. We hope to get vegetable harvest here in very few days. How do you like the method of roof gardening? I will be glad to receive feedback. Thank you very much for reading my post. Take care of yourself.
