Good Day friends. I am delighted to have this community, I know I am welcomed. I will like to share with you some of healthcares that, we need to practice to stop BELLY FAT i.e. a under the belly.

We know that mostly, the rich has belly fat. Because, the eat fat much more than any food, which make them plumpy. But, this belly fat is not good. Because it brings about Diabetes, Cancer, Asthma, HBP (High Blood Pressure). So we are beginning with the fruits and food that reduce BELLY FAT.

FOOD THAT REDUCE BELLY FAT

ALMOND: This tiny food is very rich in skin boosting vitamins and proteins but their richness in fibre content help you to sky full for a longer duration. Even though they are slightly high in calories but they do not contribute to belly fats, so keep swapping a handful of almonds as snacks to curb your hunger.

WATERMELON: This giant fruit contains vitamin B2 90% water, which helps to keep you full a longer duration, and also removes excess sodium present in the body. This super sweet fruit does not promote fat but rich in vitamin c and contain barely 100g calories in one cup, so start eating this delicious fruit if you wish to have a body like your favorite celeb.

GREEN LEAFY VEGETABLE: All types of green leafy vegetables are extremely low in calories, full of fibre and offer several vital vitamins and minerals that help to ease water retention without causing the bloating and Tommy discomfort.

Get a glass cup of warm water in the morning, add a juice of 1 lime orange then add 2 tablespoon of natural honey, 2 spoon of Grinded ginger powder
Dosage: Drink first thing in the morning on empty stomach.
