Hello steemians!!

Hope you and your family are doing great, i'm very fine here. I'm so much great full to the admin and moderators of this great community. Thank you @imamalkimas @mudajuli @ahyar92 @lidiasteem Today i want to remind us the need for us not to neglect our health.

Imagine you have a car, yet you never have time to maintain or pay attention to it. The car will break down. The same can happen to our body if we don't care for ourselves, you will be sick.

Health is a total well-being of the body. Staying healthy is as important as anything we should think of.
You should not ignore any deviation you noticed on our body, rather you should seek prompt medical advice if need be.

Below are some ways you could take care of yourself

  1. NUTRITION; Our bodies need lots of raw materials and energy to help us look healthy and smart.
  • Your body needs a lot of nutritious foods, endeavor to consume more of fruits vegetables and less sugar and fat.

  • Drink sufficient water.

  • Take some dietary supplements to replace the one's you cannot get from your food, please do so.

  • Our body needs Omega-3-fatty acid, which can also helps to relieve depression

2.EXERCISE; Its strengthens your muscles and bones, improves your stamina, controls your weight, increase your mental capabilities, boost your immunity, alleviate stress, and boost mood. Of course, exercise includes activities that you enjoy, like dancing, so it can also be fun. Its makes you flexible and strong.

Do whatever you can do, to improve your physical health.

3.REST; not having enough sleep can make you look exhausted and leave you feeling tired, confused, and even depressed. However, getting sufficient rest will give you more energy, which can improve your physical growth, brain functions, boost your immune system, and enhance your emotional well-being. Our body can fight some sickness, if only we have enough sleep and consume plenty water. In other word, rest requires so little effort but has a lot of benefits.

Always rest, stress triggers the release of cortisol, which can disrupt nerve interactions.
Deal with stress and emotional issues that affect you physically because your mental and emotional state certainly imparts your body.

I will encourage you to do everything you can to improve your health.

Maybe excessive thought is causing your blood pressure to be higher than it should, or perhaps fear or nervousness is affecting your digestive system.

Never hide your sickness till its get worst, seek help, contact a Certified and Experienced Health Worker for help as soon as possible to avoid excessive damage to your health.

Conclusion

Sufficient sleep, balanced nutrition, and moderate exercise will help you keep your body fit and healthy. Thank you so much for going through my post.

not having enough sleep can make you look exhausted and leave you feeling tired, confused, and even depressed.

I can testify to this because I easily get bored if I don't get enough sleep, so we ought to sleep adequately. Keep it up dear
