In our lives which are currently in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic, which is still under surveillance to keep the virus outbreak from developing again, it would be nice for us to maintain a very basic health, namely by washing our own hands. In this case, how do we maintain cleanliness and how do we stay healthy properly and properly so that germs don't come back again.

Some of the ways I wash my hands to maintain health are:

We recommend that before we hold objects or anything that is there when we need it, it is better if we wash our hands with clean water, and after washing the water then we use soap to make our hands avoid the smell of hands that we don't know, because germs and diseases are very happy. by smelling anywhere, after giving soap to the palms of our hands, make sure we do it right, that is by doing a good way to wash the palms properly and perfectly every corner between the fingers and also take turns to avoid germs that are on our hands. will move on to the food we will eat. After I wash off the soap and I make sure to clean with a cloth that I haven't used and also clean by washing my hands until they are completely dry.

This is how I wash my hands by maintaining the health of my family to avoid viruses and other diseases, which are around us today, diligently cleaning our hands properly will keep us from attacks of diseases and germs that we don't know where they come from and often take care of our health. fundamentally we will be accustomed to living healthier and protected from all disease attacks.
