This is my first post here and i want to partake in the ongoing contest posted by @shc-curator.
All thanks to @ahyar92 for intiating this healthy contest, i'm so grateful.

Vegetables are plants that are consumed by humans and animals as food, vegetables are medicinal, healthy and highly nutritional, they contain a very high level of vitamins. Vegetables could come in form of seeds, leaves, stems, roots, flowers and even the bark of a tree.

I love vegetables a lot and my favourite of all is MORINGA. Moringa is a vegetable that serves as food and herb, it contains vitamins, proteins and mineral. I love moringa because it fights against ulcer, it regulates blood sugar level, it treats stomach compliants, it induces death of cancer cells, it also reduces wrinkles, it protects the liver and also improves wound healing, it is also suitable for vegetable soups. To show how much i love moringa, i planted it in my compound for easy access, the picture below contains moringa leaves from my farm.

Moringa oleifera is a plant that is often called the drumstick tree, the miracle tree, the ben oil tree, or the horseradish tree.

Moringa has been used for centuries due to its medicinal properties and health benefits. It also has antifungal, antiviral, antidepressant, and anti-inflammatory properties.

BENEFITS OF MORINGA

Moringa oleifera also called the drumstick has a lot of benefits medically and health wise. Moringa leaves could be made as tea for easy intake or as an ingredient for any kind of soup or stew, the seed could also be swallowed.

  • Moringa leaves serve as nutrition for infants, pregnant mothers as well as nursing mothers.

  • Daily intake of moringa helps reduce the risk of cancer and also improves digestion.

  • It promotes a beautiful skin and helps stimulate hair growth, moringa leaves could be grounded and added to body cream and hair cream to achieve this.

  • Moringa treats urinary disorders and helps regulate chronic constipation problems. Adding moringa leaf or powder to any kind of food is highly recommended.

  • Another amazing benefit of moringa is the fact that it reduces tiredness and fatigue.

  • Moringa also improves eye health and bone health, it is a great source of vitamin A and vitamin E for the eyes and vitamin D for the bone and skin.

  • Moringa treats Anemia and it is a great source of iron.

Moringa leaf could be used to make soup especially with egusi. The picture below is an egusi soup garnished with moringa leaves.

In conclusion, moringa contains a lot of vitamins and mineral, moringa leaves could be grounded and taken as tea with hot water, the seed also is very useful. Moringa is also suitable for both old and young.
Always remember that HEALTH IS WEALTH!!!

Thanks @meeyah for your post on Moringa Health Benefits. I used Moringa a lot and I have more than two standing Moringa trees in my compound. I used Moringa Powder every morning in taking my pap. I also used fresh Moringa leaves for my tea.
