When I want to run, I often ask myself, "Is it better in the morning or at night, OK?" Have you experienced the same as me? It turns out that running in the morning or at night can be both beneficial, depending on your goals.
When your body wakes up in the morning, your body is not really ready for activity. The body will be able to work up to six hours from the time you wake up. This shows that some body functions are still in a low position, from temperature, flexibility, and mobility that require the body to warm up longer. However, the good news is that this situation can actually increase endorphins to increase. This is the reason, you feel more refreshed through activities after running in the morning.
If running at night the problem is high laziness because you have spent half a day doing activities. Your energy is already drained and you prefer to relax at home.
However, according to experts whether running in the morning or at night, the body will still adapt accordingly . Experts suggest choosing the most appropriate running time, at a time that really makes you comfortable doing it. Your comfort in exercising is a major determining factor for the results of the exercise you do.
So, if you run in the morning or at night, make sure you do it with great comfort and enthusiasm, yes!
