Hello everyone here, I am very happy present some important vegetables in my area and health benefits.
Beans
Bean leaves are made up of some amounts of vitamin A, Zinc and Iron that are beneficial within the diet. The presence of Vitamin A and Zinc depends on the type of variety. However they contain nearly equal amounts of iron that helps prevent anaemia by providing more blood to the body.
Kanef
Both the leaves and seeds of kenef have many beneficial medicinal properties, which include anticancer, antioxidants, analgesic, anti-inflammatory, aphrodisiacs, and also play hepatoprotective role to the body.
Okra
The health benefits of okra include its ability to improve digestion, manage diabetes, reduce fatigue, and increase the body's endurance level. Okra helps reduce stress and lowers cholesterol as well as triglyceride levels in the body. It is also important to the health of pregnant women.
These vegetables can be used to prepare several meals, and each and everyone should try and always include them in our diet.
