Egg omlet is healthy food option if made with less oil. Egg is a source of protein. Egg is rich in Vitamin A, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, and Vitamin K. Egg omlet is a good addition in breakfast to make it a filling first meal for the day. Omlet can also be eaten in other meals. It can be accompanied in lunch and dinner.
For me, it is a savior for my midnight hunger when I had to awake late to complete my priority works as it can be made easily and quickly.
Ingradients
(i) Egg.
(ii) Oil or butter.
(iii) Onions.
(iv) Green-chili
(v) Salt
(vi) Peeper
Procedure
(i) Please break the egg into a bowl.
(ii) Need to add salt into it
(iii) Now add chopped onion and green chilies to it.
(iv) Please mix it well with a spoon
(v) Heat some oil or butter in a frying pan
(vi) Pour the egg mixture when the oil is heated.
(vii) Spread the mistake over the entire frying pan.
(viii) Fold the omlet from one side.
(ix) Add a pinch of salt and peeper over the omlet
(x) Serve and eat it hot.
