I really enjoy the steem steemcurator01 visiting my posts. However the account operator has visited my account just a handful of times too.

If I were the operator of the steemcurator01 account I would put up a higher reward trophy for most valuable posts. A good rewarding provision would always spur up competition among users, making them more hardworking on publishing quality contents on the steemit. A good rewarding pattern such as curating the best of posts for a full week is a pretty awesome offer.

Furthermore, a community would also be created in my name. I prefer calling it "The curators home" where lots of contests can be hosted and creative contents can be organized on a daily basis, which could accommodate various pots from all countries, this would make me appreciate creativity in the young populace on the steemit. Knowing the creative minds as regards creativity on the steemit.

I would be a good operator, just like the operator of the account today. I would appreciate hardwork and I would always reward the best of articles on a daily basis, inspire greatness in the young writers.

I would give a reward benchmark of voting 75% of best posts on the steemit every 48 hours. I does not sound easy but it is quite feasible. It would be a creative and innovative approach to young writers.

The basis for selecting a post or publication basically would be based on the mark down styling arrangement. I love great arrangements and organization of posts. I always do appreciate one if I do see one. In other words arrangement of article is a huge prerequisite for me as regards selecting and curating a post.

Moreso, I would also be on the look out for original contents as plagiarism would never be contained by be. There would be serious punishment assigned to various defaulters in respective communities, I see any of these negativity. Other criterias for me are;

A good club status

Posts with beautiful pictographic representation, a pictures communicate with me a lot. I loved messages being passed with pictures as pictures tell alot. Therefore posts with good pictographic explanation could not be overlooked too.

A quality and educative content post

These are basic criteria I would be on the look out for selecting and rewarding publications.

I am a huge preacher of fictional stories and suspense filled, humor filled interesting articles. I love good stories and brilliant poetic articles.

I enjoy creative contents, horror filled stories and interesting articles with great pictographic representation which draws the attention of bloggers to visiting your posts. That's my unique personality and I am proud to share it here too. I do love good artistic posts such as artistic paintings and drawings too.

Moreso, I would not forget to share with us that I am a keen listener who loves to read beautiful "Health Tips". I love being taught and get to know healthy tips and good healthy ways of living too. Great lifestyle and tourist attraction posts are greatly loved by me too. I must be frank with all.

In Summary, I love the health tips, creative writings, learning new things on steem via tutorials and the diary games would do for me.

I would ensure a voting power bench mark of 75% is maintained to ensure that a greater populace of the steemit community gets rewarded and regulated too. That's the greatest stretch and it would never go below that. I would keep it on check using the "steemworld.org" making sure that only the best of posts gets curated too.

How many people would operate the account to make it work properly

A maximum of 4 people can handle the account, not more than that. These people must go through special master class training as regards vetting and checking posts too. They must have a great knowledge on various grammatical functions and basic linguistics and multiple languages to be able to earn such place with the steemcurator01.

The account would be handled judiciously to avoid bearing risks of loosing it, bearing in mind that co operators must show discipline in discharging their duties without fear or favor.
