Alhamdulillah, today I am also perfect The Recreative Steem Community has come up with a new nice topic for this week challenge and their theme is SEC - S9W6: " My Biggest Challenge ". And today I'm come here to take part in this amazing contest and today I am here to share my biggest challenge and how I get over from it. So my dear friends without delay let's get jump into the main topic of this contest.

What has been your biggest challenge?

Human life is full of adventure, I don't mean to go somewhere and have an adventure. It means starting something new in life which has happened to me and which I consider to be a big challenge in my life. I have always been a timid and shy boy and it was more evident when I was doing something in front of a lot of people and everyone was looking at me and watching my activities.

In 2017, I got an opportunity to teach in my respected elder brother's private primary school. I was posted as Junior Assistant Teacher. I was more worried than happy because I know I'm a bit timid. However, I find it difficult to take classes on the first day because it is very difficult to keep small children calm in the class and when I catch up, no one listens to me. I feel quite shy and hesitant and somehow I get through the day And I later realized that this profession was not very easy for me and it became a big challenge for me.

Tell us how did you get over it?

Teaching is a hobby that I love to do and I am still doing it on a small scale. I understand that the profession of teaching is as prestigious as it is and requires more effort to master it. I had no difficulty in teaching all the subjects to my 5 standard students but it became necessary for me to acquire all the qualities that an ideal teacher should have and that became my biggest challenge.

My teaching assistants and teachers have played a significant role in making me an ideal teacher. Because they gave me some guidance and kept me informed about the daily activities of the children. And I tried to overcome my main problem of shyness and for that I used to practice all my class plan and lesson material by myself every day before class. And I create with each student because I know what kind of work children are most addicted to.

At the end of each day, I encourage them to tell an educational story and involve them in some extra activities. I develop a good relationship with them and I feel at ease myself. Although I studied there for 3 years, before I left, I left the school with full respect from all the teachers, guardians and my students. And I realized then that these three years of my experience had strengthened me in the weakest part of my life.

What advice can you give us from your experience?

I will advise everyone from what I have gained from my experience that no job can be easy and not small be it teaching or physical hard work. Every job requires people to work hard and every job has success as well as failure. I initially thought that I would not go into teaching but I wanted to overcome my weaknesses and increase my knowledge and I was able to do that.

So it is wise to try to achieve it instead of thinking that we can't do it. It is more important to prepare yourself mentally first for any work and to establish confidence in yourself otherwise it is not possible to move forward with the cooperation of others. So hard work, patience, self-belief is necessary only then success will come.
