My Dear Valentine

Love teaches, love corrects , love grooms, love is affectionate and passionate but the best things I've learnt about love are to listen to your heart, love passionatly, make mistakes together, and correct those mistakes coz as they say "Love Conquers All"

Are you detail-oriented or do you think that details are useless?

Personally I'm detail-oriented, for a person who's love language is "Spending Time Together" it is most likely for such persons to pay close attention to the tiniest bit of details their partner may portray... I've dated for almost 6 years now, though I can't say I'm too experienced but the little experience I've gotten about my partner are as follows

  • She Binks too fast when she's nervous
  • She licks her lips more than usual when she wants a kiss
  • She steady her gaze on me when she wants a hug..

So with the above said details it's very obvious that I'm detail-oriented when it comes to love and romance life..

What epic gift have u given as a present?, Or vice versa, what epic gift have u been given as a present?

So far..... In my little romance life I've received and also given several epic gifts to my partner.... Personally I believe the worth of gifts doesn't really matter especially when you are with the right person but rather what it means to the receiver ......

To my girlfriend:

  • I've given a bouquet of flowers (made with money) that's the Nigerian version.....
  • Personalized photo album
  • Jewelries..
  • Customized T-shirt with the inscription (she's mine)
  • A one-day trip to her favorite place in town....
From my girlfriend: * surprise lunch dates (bills on her)
  • Customized T-shirt with the inscription (he's mine)

And lots more ....those items may not be quiet expensive but you should see the look on her face, makes me wonder what I did to deserve a loving soul like her's....

What's the craziest thing you've ever done for love?

The question alone makes me smile already.... Okay, it was a Tuesday night and I had an important event I needed to attend the next day, was out cutting my hair, at about 10:20Pm, was chatting with my babe when she said she was craving for pork meat, knowing fully well she was indoors and I was out... And I gat 7 persons who were supposed to cut their hair right after me ......
"Who cares about cutting their hair when I want to please my babe" so I went off and got the meat from her favorite meat stand, and we kinda spent few mins together..... Crazily I rushed back to the saloon and had to wait for everyone on the list to be done before I could cut .....
It was a funny experience though.... Still gets me smiling when I think of it .....

Do you consider yourself a hopeless romantic or do you not believe in romanticism?

I am very romantic, growing up with loving parents gives u more edge in love and romance, I do watch my dad cook for my mom on Sundays, helps her with chores, read stories for her and puts her to sleep... Lolzzzz just like kids right...... Their actions always helps me to want to be more loving, caring and above all romantic than they ever will be .....to my best of knowledge I've put why I've seen into practice and my relationship is moving smoothly like never before....

Do you think Cupid shot you or did your arrow go off course?

With my present state of mind and everything that has transpired in the last 5 years I can boldly say I was shot by Cupid, because the amount of love I've got in my heart for my babe can be enough to break a scale... Guess an instrument that can be used to measure the amount of love one has for the other person should be produced...coz men... I need it .

Are you looking for the ideal partner or are you already with the ideal partner? If you are looking, what qualities are you looking for? And if you have one what qualities do you see in him or her?

They say "there is no perfect partner", but I believe there is a right person for you out there ...
I already found that right person and I love her for who she is
*She's smart , brilliant, beautiful, has that perfect smile that makes my worries fades away, supportive, respectful, good sense of humor, adaptability, trustworthy, communication, conflict resolution mindset.....
You can already tell she means the world to me in just my little write up
