The real lecture activities (KKN) of Malikussaleh University students in Gampong Blang present various innovative programs, one of which is about the discussion of the use of the sigap application (Gampong information system). This program aims to provide an understanding to the community about the use of digital technology in managing village administration.

This guidance was held in the Gampong hall, attended by my own village officials and community leaders. KKN students led the discussion session with great enthusiasm, starting with an explanation of the importance of the Sigap application as a digital solution that facilitates data management, budget transparency, and public services at the village level.

The introduction of the Sigap application for students explains the main features of Sigap, such as population data management, village budget recording and integrated reporting. This application is designed to facilitate village officials in carrying out administrative tasks while providing access to information to residents.

Application user simulation after the explanation of the theory, a simulation of the use of the Sigap application was carried out. The students showed how to input population data, create budget reports and monitor village activities digitally. The participants were very enthusiastic about trying this application directly through the devices provided.

This stage is an interactive moment between students and participants. The Gampong Device provides input related to specific needs that can be accommodated by the Sigap application, such as agricultural data management and village deliberation report results. The students also answer questions about how to ensure data security and availability of access for residents who are not yet tech-savvy.

Making a follow-up training schedule as a follow-up action, students and village officials prepare a routine training schedule to ensure that village officials truly understand how to use the application before full implementation.
