Some say that life’s a fleeting breath
A journey bound by birth and death
From what I’ve seen along the way
I hold with those who seize the day
But if life’s moments fade to dust
I think I’ve known in loss and trust
That even shadows, faint and slight
Can hold the beauty of the light.
So whether life is brief or long
In joyful dance or sorrow’s song
It’s in the heart where meaning lies
In every tear or soft sunrise
For life is more than joy or pain
It’s in the growth, the loss, the gain
Of every step, both bold and still
A winding path, a tested will.
