Another day, another cooking tutorial I learn from my sister. She worked in Japan for almost 5 years so she learn to be independent there. She as well learn many recipes. She had to learn because no one will prepare it for her. And thanks to varried platforms because there were tutorials to follow.
So, today I wanted to share to you how I do Prawn Katsu. At first, I thought this is shrimp tempura but according to my sister, shrimp tempura is different from prawn katsu.
✨INGREDIENTS:✨
- prawn
- egg
- flour
- bread crumbs
- cooking oil
- dressing (thousand islands)
- pepper

Step 1:

First is clean the prawn, by getting its shell. Just leave the shell of the tail. Then put a little pepper so it will have a good taste.

Afterwards, put the peeled shrimp on the scrambled egg and roll it over.Step 3:
After putting it in the scrambled egg, roll it over the flour.Step 4:
Roll it over again on the scrambled egg so that the next ingredient will still stick on it.Step 5:
The last ingredient the prawn to be rolled is the bread crumbs. This will give crunchiness to your dish.Step 6:
After coating all the prawn by those ingredients, you can start deep frying it using medium heat. Hot a pan then put oil, make sure that it is enough for your dish. Afterwards, flip it until it will turn golden brown.Sincerely,
