I must commend that am impressed with the interesting and engaging tasks being organized in this community. The RECREATIVE STEEM community has dropped another interesting contest for the 3rd week of season 6 titled If I Was Steemcurator01 by @hive-141434

The Steemit ecosystem is made up of very interesting and unique individuals, with diverse abilities and capabilities. One of the most interesting accounts on this platform which has been used for supporting and encouraging new and exciting steemians is the Steemcurator01 account.

This account has over 11 million Effective Steem Power, which makes it give very impactful votes to others. Nevertheless, they have been lots of questions and concerns about the identity of this account. Follow me on this post, as I would be sharing my views and contributions to the activities of the Steemcurator01 account.

The golden question! which I would be answering concerning the fact that the Steemcurator01 account is meant for voting and commenting on users' posts. I would try my best to support and encourage good and hard-working steemians on the platform to keep up with their good work.

Just like the current Steemcurator01, I would encourage quality articles from both old and new users, irrespective of their country, region, or belief. You would agree with me that some new users are very talented bloggers, but they might be struggling for ways to gain fame and status on the platform. Such users would be given the ultimate boost, as they would help promote the Steemit platform even more with their talents.

I could imagine how stressful and time-consuming it would be to curate every post on the platform, given the fact that these accounts are run by humans and not machines. Nevertheless, as I continue to curate daily, I would find consistent steemians whose articles are always top-notch, and then I would follow some of their accounts* because I must have seen how determined these users are to always give their best.

By following some of these good authors, I would always see their posts on my friend list, and if this post meet my standards, I would curate them, thereby reducing this issue of steemians complaining of their quality posts are not usually seen by Steemcurators within the curation window.

I would try to give impactful votes to as many users as possible. Nevertheless, posts likely to be considered by me must have most of the following criteria:

• I Will First Ascertain The Post Is Plagiarism-Free: This part is very important for the growth of the Steemit ecosystem, as we are focused on completely eradicating plagiarism from this great platform. As the Steemcurator01, I would see to it that community moderators and admins check for plagiarism on all posts because it's an act of laziness and theft, which is highly prohibited on Steemit, as stated on the achievement 3 tasks of the newcomer's community.

• I Would Check For Quality Of Post: Some articles require a user to spend so much time and effort on research and findings. Such users usually produce posts of high value and I won't hesitate to give such users my support for their hard work and effort.

• Articles With Good Markdowns And Images: Good presentations and images both have powerful impacts on an article. You would agree with me that attraction is a good factor in anything we do, and as such, users who have made good use of their markdowns would get my support, as their work would be clear and easier to comprehend.

• Users Engaging In Power Ups And Burnsteem25: Those engaging in powering ups and Burnsteem25 are protecting and equally impacting positively on the price and value of the steem asset. Making quality posts and getting rewards isn't enough, users ought to equal L ok for ways to improve the value of the Steem token. I won't hesitate to continuously support those participating in either power-ups or the burning of steems.

I think Steem Promotion Articles are the type of posts I would dedicate more percentage votes to, given the fact that such activities/posts are usually demanding and dedicated.

In most cases, When carrying out steem promotional activities, we tend to make extra preparations like creasing the Steemit logo or name on a T-shirt and providing other facilities for the promotion. Such users deserve very good support and I won't hesitate to give them an impactful percentage of my vote for their commitment and time to promote Steemit to the world.

Apart from that, I would equally focus on educational posts, as I deem such posts as the "articles of life." I believe if we don't learn new things daily, then we are not living well. I won't hesitate to give a higher percentage of my votes to posts that teach and inform users of important. and useful details ranging from business ideas, society, cryptocurrencies, and blockchain innovations.

I would ensure that the potential of the Steemcurator01 account is maximized in two major ways:

• All Curation Rewards Would Be Redeemed And Accumulated As Steem Power Without Power Down: After giving impactful votes regularly, I would get more curation rewards, which would then be accumulated in my wallet as steem power. As I continue in this manner, I get more curation rewards and even an increased steem power to continue supporting more users.

• I Would Always Observe My Voting Mana: Giving the fact that I would be generous in my manner of voting, I would constantly check my Voting Mana, to make sure it doesn't go under 80% within 24 hours. With this, my voting percentage will get to 100 before the next day.

Curation requires commitment and dedication, and I could imagine how time-consuming it would be for the Steemcurator01 account to give votes to over 300 different accounts within about 7 days.

In my opinion, I would recommend 7 different dedicated users to handle the Steemcurator01 account, as this would allow each user to have a full day of curation. Time-sharing makes work easy, as it's being divided by multiple personnel, with each user monitoring the Voting Mana, and making sure that it doesn't get below 80%.

Me, I prefer staying anonymous, as this would make my job easier and less demanding. In a situation where my Identity is being disclosed, I would get to attract too much attention to my personal life, which might affect my job as a curator.

Many users especially friends would prefer I focus only on them instead of curating posts from all over the globe. In situations where I don't become biased, it would cause problems between me and them. So the best way to avoid such uncomfortable situations is anonymity.

Both Steemcurator01 and Steemcurator02 have being really great to this platform, by supporting and organizing Their outstanding and unending support across the various communities of the platform is something that still amazes me now.
They work tirelessly like machines to curate and support quality and original posts on the platform. I have personally experienced and enjoyed the benefits of writing a quality post from both SC01 and SC02.
