Saori tofu tempeh, is the menu that I will make this time To be able to enjoy lunch, and this recipe is not at all spicy, coincidentally my little daughter can't eat spicy things, this recipe is very delicious eaten with hot rice These are the ingredients I need to make this recipe

- Two pieces of tempeh.
- 5 pieces of tofu
- Vegetable oil to taste
- One spring onion
- One medium size red onion.
- Half a tomato
- 2 cloves of garlic
- One spoonful of Saori soy sauce
- One and a half tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
- 3 spoons of soy sauce
- Salt to taste
- One red chili and 1 green chili
- 2 candlenuts
Here's how to make it
Step 1
Slice thin red chilies and green chilies, slice a little red onion, and also tomatoes, the remaining tomatoes and red onions for mashed spices.
Take the spring onions and cut them into 1 finger length pieces, Then set it aside
Next, take the remaining red onion, add 2 cloves of garlic, add 2 candlenuts, add the tomatoes, wash and then blend.Set aside
Next, fry the tempeh and tofu, then drain when the color is brownish yellow.

Make sure the ingredients you want to cook have really been washed clean, except for tempeh and tofu which are already packaged, I fry the tofu and tempeh, wipe them dry.Put enough cooking oil into a frying pan, then heat the oil, when the oil is hot, add the sliced ingredients except the spring onions.
When the onions and chilies have wilted, add the ground spices.Wait until the spices are cooked.
If it's boiling, now is the time to add sweet soy sauce, Saori, salty soy sauce, don't forget to add a little salt. Don't forget to stir it so it doesn't burn
Step 3
Now is the time for the spices to be cooked, add the tofu and tempeh that were fried earlier, stir well until the tempeh and tofu are cooked, don't forget to stir constantly and reduce the heat so it doesn't burn. You don't need to add water to it,
Then add the spring onions, stir briefly, after stirring, turn off the stove heat.

I like the fact that it is not too spicy. Because like your daughter I also cant handle too much spicy food XD . Although I am 21 anyways . So, I will give it a try for sure.
