How is everyone? I hope everyone is well. Today I will share with you the pudding recipe. This pudding I make with milk and eggs. Recipes I occasionally make at home. Everyone in our family loves pudding. So today I have shared the recipe with all of you. I hope you like it.
Ingredients:

Agar agar powder | 1 tablespoon |
Vanilla essence | 1 tablespoon |
Rules for making puddings :
• First I bought liquid milk in a pot. I will wait until the milk boils. I will shake it for a while and leave. When the milk boils and becomes a little thick, I will take it out of the oven and leave it to cool.
• Then I will take half a cup of sugar in the pot in which I will set the pudding. I will give a little water in it. Then I will put it in the oven. I will put it in the oven and keep stirring it. When I turn a little red, I will actually move around. This caramel color made with sugar turns absolutely red and then I take it off. Then leave it to cool for a while.
• Then I broke the eggs and took them in a bowl. Then with the help of a hand whisk I beat the eggs for a while. Just mix the eggs well for a long time.
• Then I gave the amount of sugar in it. I will mix it with sugar for a while. After that I gave agar agar powder. O, I will mix it with powder for a while.
• Then I gave it vanilla essence. I mixed it with vanilla essence for a while. If you add vanilla essence, the smell of eggs is no longer in the grasshopper.
• Then I added the mixture with pre-heated milk. Then I mixed it well.
• Then I sifted the pudding in the pot in which I would set the pudding and poured the mixture.
• I put a stand in it and gave some water in it. Then I covered it with a lid and waited for the water to boil. Then when the water boiled, I put a bowl of pudding in it. Then cover with lid and wait for 30 minutes.
• After thirty minutes check with a toothpick to see if there is pudding. When the grasshopper is done, take it out of the oven and let it cool down to normal temperature. When it cools down, leave it in the fridge for 2/3 hours and cool it well.
• Then I take it out of the fridge and cut it on the site with a knife. Then pour it carefully on a plate.
• I will see that Pari is completely ready. Then you can cut and serve with a knife of your choice.
