SEC S6W3: "If I was steemcurator01"

Hello, dear friends of recreative steem. I welcome you once again to my blog, today I'm here to take part in the steemit engagement challenge contest season6w3 on this very topic “ If I was steemcurator01”

Being a steemcurator01 is everyone's dream but the truth is that the work of the steemcurator01 is not child's play because the work is so stressful, it needs dedication, time, and consistency. If only I'm given this opportunity of being the steemcurator01 I will always meet up to my duties by supporting good and quality content within all the active communities. Also, I will make sure that if there are mistakes in any article I will try and pinpoint all the corrections for that user so that the person will improve.

The criteria which I would take into consideration for rewarding an author publication are:

Once the content meets up to all the requirements then I will reward the author for his or her good work.

The content I will dedicate more votes to are the educational content and steemxclusive content, the educational content will help users to learn from the content and also impart from it. I will also vote for most of the charity content because this will help in letting more users know more about the platform, the charity article tends to support the poor and the needy so I will always support such content.

Another content that I will support is the diary game because the diary game content is always exclusive and it allows users to share how they spent their day and also let other users get to learn about their environment and how things are been done in their various states or country for that day. With the diary game, one will learn more about other cultures and the happenings in that particular state or Country.

As we all know each account has a limit when it's come to the voting manner, back then I never know how the voting manner worked but as time goes on I come to understand that each account has a limit when it comes to voting, so I will ensure that I vote numerous articles but when the voting manner is low I will stop the voting process then continue the next day when the voting manner is high again.

I have never worked as a curator before but I know how the work is very hectic seriously it is not easy for one to read through numerous articles and support them so my opinion is that more people should be assigned to handle the account so that if the other person is not available at the moment others can take the offer and continue with the work.

Just like the present curation team, all the team has their days of work and that has made the work easier for them knowing that they won't work every day so if the curator01 account will be handled by 5-7 users the work will not be too stressful for the person handling it.

Hummm🤔 ooh no I won't disclose my identity I will prefer anonymity because once my identity is revealed to everyone then there will be a fight. Human beings are always difficult to handle, all humans are not perfect but we can only try our best even at that we love ourselves more than others and as such, some people will always want me to vote on their content not considering others and some can go the extra mile to see that I'm not more in that position so the best way is to be an anonymity person. I will have my peace and others will also have peace.

It will be a great privilege for me to be the steemcurator01 but the workload is not easy at all as such I can't handle all the work by myself so for that reason, I will come up with a team who will help me in handling The account.
