Steemit Engagement Challenge S4-W4: "Our daily bread"

Hello my dear friends of recreative steem community, I believe we are all in good health. This week marks the end of season4 of the steemit engagement challenge contest and I'm so delighted to participate in this contest organized by the community on the topic“ Our daily bread” but before i continue, I want to appreciate the community for this beautiful topic.

Bread is one of the best food which consist of a meal or flour that is mixed or moistened and kneaded into a dough, mostly it is fermented with the use of yeast. Bread is very nutritional and it is the source of grains in the food (pyramid). It is also a good source of vitamin B, iron, magnesium, and carbohydrates.

According to history bread has been in existence since 8000BC and it was first made in the Middle East, mostly in Egypt. There are different types of bread in my country among which are Banana bread, coconut bread, sweet bread, and so on.

Selecting my daily bread is kind of hard for me because i love bread so much, i can't stay for a week without eating bread. I have eaten different types of bread and most of them are very nice but the one I'm going to share with you all is called “Softy buttered bread”

I came in contact with this bread the day i came to Kwara state Ilorin for my service since then i fall in love with the bread and i can't go a day without bread in my house. Mostly i eat my bread in the morning with hot coffee or i can eat it in the afternoon with coconut or fried groundnut.

Softy bread is one of the best bread in Kwara State the rate at which people consume this bread on payday made most of the traders in the state to sells the bread, in fact, some even rented a store just to sell softy bread. Softy bread is very nutritious and from the name, one can testify that the bread is indeed soft and testy. Ooh yes, the bread is very soft, one can consume the bread without adding butter to it because it contains butter.

I can bake, but for some reason, i can't bake in my present location because all my utensils are at home. For the love i have for bread i always buy my softy bread in one of the stores around my house, I don't have to go to the bakery because the bread is everywhere. Below are the ingredients used to bake soft bread.

I don't know why i love this bread but all i know is that i love the bread yes i always like bread and the love i have for softy bread is too much because, the bread is very nutritious and it is very rich in sodium, carbohydrates, protein, and vitamin b. More to that it is very soft. The flavor used in the bread is so nice and inviting😁

I did not bake this bread so i don't know the cost of preparing it. But i bought it at one of the stores in my area at the rate of 600 naira which is 5.6 them. Back then the bread was sold at the rate of 350 but because of the quality of the bread, the price increased to 600 nairas.

This is kind of hard for me🤦‍♀️ because i have numerous steemians which whom i will like to share my bread with. But for this contest, i will be sharing my bread with @josepha. I know he will be surprised but yes, i will love to share my bread with him.

Because he also loves bread, I remember the day he visited us at federal university wukari he brought big bread for us and when my friend asked him why bread he said bread is life, I was a kind of confused at his statement but when he explained further i come to realize that he is also a lover of bread. And mostly he loves eating his bread with fried eggs. So i want him to test this favorite bread of mine, i strongly believe he will like it.

In conclusion, i love bread so much provided it is soft like a softy bread😁 i invite i want to invite @mjerry @ishayachris and @dave-hanny to come and take part in this lovely contest.
