Drumstick Soup, also called Saijan Ki Phalli Soup

Drumstick Soup (en)
Ingredients
2 cups drumsticks (cut into 2" pieces)
1 tsp butter
1/4 teaspoon chopped garlic
1/4 teaspoon grated ginger
¼ tsp jeera powder
14 cup of onion
½ cup milk
1 teaspoon of ground pepper
Salt to taste
To Spice Up
1 pinch of celery leaves
Method
Put butter, garlic, and ginger in a pressure cooker and cook for a few seconds. Then add drumsticks and onions and stir for 5 minutes.
Add 3 cups of water and salt, and then cook under pressure for 3 whistles.
After the steam has gone out, open the lid. Pour the milk into the mixture and mix it well until it is smooth.
Pour the mixture through a strainer and into a saucepan that won't stick. Add the jeera and pepper powder and boil for 5 minutes, stirring every so often.
Hot toast goes well with drumstick soup.
