How you going to detect plagiarized content? Do you have mechin learning algorithms or artificial intelligence systems to detect a photo or video?Or its just manual checking? I know Appics doesn't promised to provide a public api yet to retrieve data ,they will not i am sure because Appics is a private company.Then how its gonna working? yes, it reduces the rewards and yes until 0 if many flags coming together. the downvote on appics is atm full 100% and that is as well reflected on the steem bc. so rewards in APX and STEEM are taken out. no, it will never disappear from the bc, it is just made invisible but can be revealed if someone would still like to see it.
