Be aware of your actions, make them profitable, hug, kiss, express love to your loved ones. Use your vitality to help and prevent others from commenting on injustice. Make yourself present.

Be aware of your words, let them inspire. Be honest, with compassion and love, the truth without these two things can be cruel and violent. Let your word be pleasant and melodious to all who hear you.

Be aware of your thoughts. You are not your mind, your mind is a part of you, a tool, do not let it dominate you. Train yourself to know how to choose which thoughts to identify with and which to let go of.

It is not easy. It's not something you're going to accomplish overnight. You have to do it every day, give it time, with patience and persistence.

Sow the seed and you will see how the fruits return to you.
You can be a better version of yourself every day.

Entrena la conciencia de tu respiración, hasta que logres ser consciente de los latidos de tu corazón. Así experimentarás lo maravilloso que es estar vivo y también su finitud.

Se consciente de tus acciones, que sean provechosas, abraza, besa, expresa amor a tus seres queridos. Usa tu vitalidad para ayudar y evitar que otros comentan injusticias. Hazte presente.

Se consciente de tus palabras, que inspiren. Se sincero, con compasión y amor, la verdad sin estas dos cosas puede ser cruel y violenta. Que tu palabra sea agradable y melodiosa a todos aquellos que te escuchen.

Se consciente de tus pensamientos. No eres tu mente, tu mente es una parte de ti, una herramienta, no dejes que te domine. Entrenate para que sepas elegir con cuales pensamientos identificarte y cuáles dejar pasar.

No es fácil. No es una cosa que vas a lograr de un día a otro. Tienes que hacerlo todos los días, dedicarle tiempo, con paciencia y persistencia.

Siembra la semilla y verás como los frutos vuelven a ti.
Puedes ser cada día una mejor versión de ti.

I tried to meditate but I lost my patience again and again 😭

Yes it's hard, but you have to try again and again. There are so many meditation techniques, find wich one works better for you, be lovefull with yourself. Some days we have good meditations, other days not, but that has no importance, the important is to keep working, try to be ecuanimous, blesses for You ❤️🙏🏼😁
