... a Symbiotic Culture Of Bacteria and Yeast 😉. This is the Tea fungus that feeds off tea with sugar and turns it into Kombucha. You can use Black tea, green tea, or even herbal teas (the SCOBY gets used to what you give him). You can buy a culture online, or if you live close Korntal, Germany, I'd give you one of mine 😉

Thank you, it is fascinating and fun. But also work. It can become like vinegar if you let it slide. But then again... just start anew or make a break. I don't have to drink it if I don't feel like it 😄

Das wollte ich auch mal ausprobieren. Hatte vor kurzen einen Milchkefir, kam aber irgendwann in Stress ihn dauernd zu füttern😅

Milchkredit ist schon anstrengend immer auszusieben, das kann ich nachvollziehen. Wasserkefir it von allem das Einfachste 😄 und Kombucha ist einfach mega variabel im Geschmack. Hoffe du kommst mal in den Genuss. ✌️
