Pesto Pasta
In this recipe I add some spanish sardines for extra flavor and some extra parmesan cheese if you want your pasta creamy and have that rich taste. I also add some black olives in it for plating.
Pesto is rich in antioxidants because of the basil and garlic. It can also help normalize your blood pressure. Every food is healthy but with moderation. Just dont over eat anything.
