Wow, i decided to take a delicious meal for breakfast, in western and southern and most part of nigeris it is know as pap(Akamu) and fried beans, with milk to top it up. Pap is gotten from maize seed or maize fruits. And bean is also know as the usual beans we know all over and in English. This meal is usual heavy for some people.
