Many of us do imagine what defines a perfect photograph. Some say its the quality of Camera used while some argue it is the professionalism and experience of the Photographer, some even say it depends on the person being photographed. In clear terms, it means if you are ugly, you make a bad photo. All these assertions are wrong.
What defines a perfect photography is the ability to evoke emotions no matter how interesting the sunject is. A perfect photograph should be able to communicate fact, touch the heart and leaves the viewer a changed person, creating a new perception about the world we live.
To make a good photograph, the photographer should be able to understand the qualities and rechnicalities of a good photo and deploy them during capture. Those qualities include but not limited to;
Light/Exposure
Composition
Timing
Colour/Tone
And relationship.
How interesting a photo looks depends how how well the photographer manipulates these qualities. The subject might animate or inanimate objects like sunrise or sunset, water falls formation, rocks or mountain structure.
Integrating these elements into a single image is challenging and difficult. Learning to implement each of these qualities will enable you to become a better photographer.
